Bring shimmering beauty to your pond or aquarium with our Blue Miyuki Medaka ricefish. Selectively bred in the USA for metallic blue backs and hardy genetics. Great for outdoor tubs, nano tanks, or indoor water gardens
Blue Miyuki Japanese Ricefish (Medaka), bred in the US. The fish are freshwater, cold and warm water hardy, and peaceful, making them suitable for beginners. The product is of high quality and is ideal for those looking to start breeding medaka. The fish shown in the pictures are the breeding stock and of high quality. I have been breeding these in the USA for about 6 years. First developed in Japan, the iconic "Miyuki" strain is famous for its taigaikō (external light)—a brilliant, icy-blue metallic stripe running down the back. For the most spectacular display, view them from above in a dark outdoor tub or indoor water garden!
Check out BARCK Aquatics on Instagram or FB for more pictures and videos of my stock. The pictures shown are the breeding stock.
